When will my order ship?
Most orders for in-stock items received by 5:00PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the next business day via USPS, UPS or FEDEX as designated during the checkout process.
Will I be charged for Shipping Backorders?
If your order includes in-stock and backordered items, each shipment will incur shipping charges. You may select to ship all items together to break up the delivery for available items to ship immediately. International orders will not be shipped until all parts are in stock due to the high shipping and handling costs.
Will I be able to track my package?
Yes, tracking number will be updated to your order when it prepared to ship. Shipping information will be sent via email that has tracking numbers provided for customer tracking via the selected carrier’s web or customer service phone number.
- In some cases the website may not be able to accommodate international shipping information and provide a quote. In this case, shipping information will quoted for the customer via email and order total provided in that correspondence.
- International shipping rates are determined by the weight, box size, destination and value of the contents.
- It is unlawful for Aurris Audio to understate the declared value of any international order. All orders will be at full value of the contents.
- Aurris Audio is not responsible for any taxes, duties, VAT, or customs fees associated with importing your package. Please investigate these considerations for your country prior initiating an order
Aurris Audio stands behind its products. We offer a thirty-day (30) return policy for most of our products with a few limitations. Our products are individually inspected prior to shipment and are sent free of any defects and are only “A” stock, unless specifically indicated in the Storekeeping Unit (SKU) description as such during the purchase process.
Purchase of “A” Stock Items is the primary sales category of Aurris Audio. Any special sale items or “scratch and dent”, “open box” or “refurbished” is not “A” Stock as described for the purposes of this term used by Aurris Audio and is specifically, a new product that has not be sold before and passes quality inspection to be labeled “A” Stock.
As defined for the purposes of Aurris Audio, “B” Stock is any category other than “A” Stock and a condition description will be described at the point of sale.
Put simply, “A” Stock may be return within 30 days and “B” stock is sold as is. Full Disclosure of “B” stock condition a discounted purchase price are final terms of sale.
“A” Stock may be returned within 30 Days for store credit towards an alternative purchase or a refund net of shipping & handling costs incurred at the point of sale and a 15% restocking/courtesy handling fee. Return shipping must be preapproved by Aurris Audio. Return shipping cost is at the customer expense and an RMA# to associate the original order must be written on the exterior shipping container as well as on a copy of the original order receipt included in the returned item packaging.
International orders are exposed to additional processing between countries that Aurris Audio cannot extend a general return policy. Manufacturer defect and shipper damage will be supported by Aurris Audio with the country’s local repair or shipper refund policy. Aurris cannot provide a refund or return authorization in these situations. A general return authorization for the first thirty days is limited to local customers.
Upon return receipt by Aurris Audio, the product will be inspected for “cause” provided by the customer. If it is apparent that some damage or owner misuse is a prevailing “cause” for refund request a value of the damaged item will be assessed for limited refund beyond the 15% restocking/courtesy handling fee. This is the “straight shooter” policy.
We strongly recommend sending your return package via UPS or FedEx so it can be insured and tracked (this is especially important with heavy, fragile, and more expensive items). If a return is sent via US Mail, then the customer accepts all responsibility if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Aurris Audio is not liable for any uninsured packages or damage recovery with the carrier.
